Elizabeth Reiback

Elizabeth discovered Iyengar Yoga almost 10 years ago.  After a serious physical impediment prohibiting her from walking and sitting for extended periods of time, yoga helped her overcome these obstacles. As a teacher, she wants to share the art of yoga with her students by helping them develop a mindful, intelligent, and fun practice. Elizabeth travels to Pune, India every year to study directly under the Iyengar family to further her knowledge as a student and, as a result, as a teacher.
